They stand between the Ferris wheel, the lottery booth and the cotton candy stand: The “little” vending machines that have been an integral part of every amusement park since the end of the 19th century. As part of a centuries-old tradition, they are now also part of the cultural heritage of our society.
After the successful special exhibition “Komm’se näher, komm’se ran! Amusement machines at the fairground” has already delighted thousands of people, this sequel sheds light on further facets of funfair arcades.
Here, visitors can immerse themselves in the action, which transforms every fairground into a magical place of fun after dark with light installations and sound effects. |
